Golden Delicious Family

Some of my fondest memories of growing up in Michigan were of the apple orchards here. It was just so great to be able to go with my family to one a few weeks ago. There are so many fun things to do at these types of establishments: hay rides, apple picking, petting farms, freshly milled cider (which we bought a gallon of), soft, warm cinnamon doughnuts (when consumed with the cider the combination makes one not ever want to eat anything else), pumpkin patches, berry picking, corn mazes. There is no other fall activity more worthy of the season. Nothing even comes close! We had so much fun!
